Join the Yoga for Scleroderma team in these interactive yoga classes.  Learn three different approaches to a yoga class, reclining, seated, and standing, all with on-the-spot guidance from your instructors.  All the practices are GERD-friendly and have options so you can choose one that works for you.  Every practice includes mobility for your hands and breathwork to improve circulation, digestion, and sleep.

Meet the Team:

Alexis Harrison, RYT200, RCYT, was 31 when she was diagnosed with scleroderma. She is dedicated to bringing the benefits of yoga to children and young adults living with scleroderma. Learn more about Alexis Harrison

 

Pat McMillan was diagnosed with scleroderma in 2013 at the age of 60. Pat shares the improvements yoga has made in her mobility and digestion allowing her to resume international travel as a wildlife photographer to bring hope to other scleroderma warriors. Learn more about Pat McMillan. 

 

Kathy Randolph, C-IAYT, is a Certified Yoga Therapist who began teaching Yoga for Scleroderma in 2002. Now that there are Yoga for Scleroderma Teachers who have scleroderma, they do the teaching and Kathy assists and provides administrative and technical support.  Learn more about Kathy Randolph
